Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the geo.insync.com.ua website and the GEO Autopilot Telegram bot @insync_geo_bot collect, why, and how to have it deleted.

Who is responsible

What the website collects

• Google Analytics 4 — which pages were opened, where visitors came from, which buttons were clicked. Analytics cookies are set only after you consent in the banner. Without consent, Google receives anonymous cookieless signals with no identifiers.
• Server logs — IP address, browser, request time. Used to protect against attacks, kept for 14 days.
• The website has no forms asking for your name, phone or email. The website address you type into the audit field is only passed to the Telegram bot when you open it.

What the Telegram bot collects

• Your Telegram ID, name, username and language — to reply to you.
• Your website address, niche and answers about your business — to run the audit and build a strategy.
• Invoices and the USDT transaction ID — to confirm payment. Payments go through the public Tron blockchain; we never receive bank card data.
• Website access (for WordPress — a login and a separate "application password") — only to publish the subscription work. The bot deletes the message with the password right after checking it. You can revoke the application password in WordPress at any time.
• Results of the monthly AI measurements.

Who we share data with

• Telegram — the platform we chat on.
• Google — website analytics and anonymous statistics of bot steps (no name or Telegram ID); Gemini — to measure AI answers to questions in your niche.
• Anthropic (Claude) — to prepare the strategy and texts from your answers about the business.
• Other AI engines (e.g. ChatGPT, Perplexity) — only questions about your niche for measurement, without your personal data.

We do not sell data or share it for advertising. Data is stored on a server in the European Union.

How long we keep it

While the subscription is active and for 12 months after it ends. Server logs — 14 days. We delete earlier on request, except payment records needed for accounting.

Cookies and browser storage

• _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics, up to 2 years. Only with your consent.
• geo_consent — remembers your choice in the cookie banner.
• geo_v — which headline variant you saw (A/B test), no personal data.

You can change your choice at any time: cookie settings.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct or delete it, and withdraw consent. Message @anton_tysiachnik on Telegram or email us — we reply within 7 days.
